Mr. Rama Rao is CEO of Gagellan Global Solutions is Global IT professional services company.
In addition to chairing the board of directors, Mr. Rama is responsible for Managing the company, formulating and executing long-term strategies and interacting with Clients, Employees, Investors and other stakeholders. He is Gagellan’s primary decision and policy-maker, setting the tone for the company’s values, ethics and culture.
In his 24-years career worked with HP, Dell, Razer, Citi, SingTel, Westpac. Mr. Rama has held a wide variety of leadership positions across key parts of his Career & Business. Prior to becoming CEO in September 2016, he was Business Director of Gagellan in Singapore for Banking & Financial, Capital Market, Risk Management, Supply Chain, E-Commerce’s, Program Management Services serving major clients in the Banking, Capital markets, Risk Management and E-Commerce’s Industries. Rama is a transformational, people-oriented and results-driven leader. He is a Global Business Leader with experience across the Europe and Asia Pacific region.

Ms. Sree Madhuri is the Director of Human Resources at Gagellan. As a member of the leadership team of the company, she is planning initiatives to build a skilled and diverse workforce. In her 14-year career, she worked in diverse roles and platforms across India and USA. She is on the board of Ennoble Group, a trusted Business Partner of Gagellan. Sree’s core skills include Talent Acquisition, Personnel Management, Performance Management, Payroll Management, Compensation and Benefits, Negotiations, Training and Development, Talent Engagement and Learning & Development initiatives. Sree is a dynamic, versatile and accomplished professional with significant Human Resource Management and Executive Recruiting Experience. Her background encompasses IT, Insurance, Education, Professional Services, Management Consulting. She is responsible for diverse facets of each employee's career, from recruitment to hiring to various aspects of their job while employed. She effectively executes policies and procedures and keeps the workforce motivated and productive. As the HR Director, she is contributing significantly to improve processes and introduced many new initiatives. In her experience, Sree was instrumental in the transformational journey and shaped people, processes and organization structure in her previous associations. Sree joined Gagellan in 2016 and is a HR practitioner for over a decade, having worked in organizations such as i3 Software and Kernex. Currently, she is responsible for envisioning the roadmap for HR, driving strategy and implementing operational priorities aligned with the overall organizational mandate. Sree is passionate about training and exploring new ideas in HR and organization development. Sree is based in Hyderabad.
